Melanie Boyd, R.Y.T., Owner
Instructor - Melanie completed her 200 RYT certification in
Hatha Yoga at the Spirit of Yoga during the 2006-2007 Teacher Training
Program. In 2009, she completed her 500 hour certification in Hatha
Yoga @ The Himalayan Institute. Melanie loves to practice and teach
Yoga and has attended a 40 hour Ashtanga workshop with David Swenson.
Melanie received her Pilate’s Certification through the YMCA of
America and has been teaching since 2006. She believes that a strong
core is beneficial to your Yoga practice, your posture and is very
beneficial to every functional aspect of everyday life. Melanie enjoys
motivating and assisting her beginner students and she loves to
challenge her advanced students with a combination of Yoga and
Pilates. |

Heather Smalley - Heather completed
her 200 hour teacher training certification with Bob Butera at the
YogaLife Institute in Devon, PA. With a background in ballet,
aerobics, and elementary education, teaching and movement have always
been a huge part of her interactions with the world. When she worked
through her year long teacher training program, she experienced
profound healing- physically, emotionally, and spiritually- and
realized yoga was the path to a joy-filled, balanced life for which
she'd been searching. Heather has continued her studies through
workshops with Beryl Bender Birch, Shiva Rea, and visiting the
Himalayan Institute. She enjoys allowing the transformational
practices of yoga move through her to reach others so they also can
experience the power and beauty of yoga for themselves. |

We are conveniently at 111 East Cypress Street
(Cypress Street and Sycamore Alley) in the heart of beautiful
Kennett Square, PA. Use the entrance on Sycamore Alley and proceed to
our loft located on the 2nd floor above the Bayada Nursing office.

PARKING |
FREE Parking is available in the lots
located directly behind and to the right side of our building. Meter parking is
available on Broad Street and on State Street in close proximity to
our location. Please do not park in the One-Ten Building (black
fenced) Lot
located across from our entrance. This is a tow-away zone.
